Every plain tile is finished with the same care and attention as our decorative marble products. Marble is a natural stone and variations in colour and markings are normal. While we will do our utmost to select the closest matching tiles for your order, we cannot guarantee exact matches.

Our mosaic tiles are supported by a sturdy mesh backing for straightforward and secure installation. This feature simplifies the installation process, ensuring that every piece aligns perfectly and offers durable hold over time. The mosaic sheets are designed to be trimmed or cut down to suit your space.
When ordering mosaic murals, please note that you will receive the artwork designed across the number of mosaic sheets as indicated in the table above. This does not include extra plain tiles. Useful Information
- Please confirm the number of tiles required for your project with your tiler or builder before purchasing, as all orders are made to order and are non-returnable.
- Mosaic tiles and mural splashbacks are supplied as a pre-designed set of sheets that must be installed in the correct order to create the intended image. Please carefully lay out the tiles and check the positioning of each sheet before fixing carefully and check all sheets are in the correct position before installation. The Humble Hare cannot be held responsible for incorrect installation or sheets being placed in the wrong position. If in doubt please consult your tiler.
- We recommend that you allow for 10% wastage on top of the exact square meterage when ordering. If you are using a brick bond pattern for your tiles, up to 15% may be required.
- The Humble Hare Ltd cannot be held responsible for any shortfall or over-estimation of tiles ordered.
- Our marble tiles arrive with you already sealed, we recommend another coat of sealant is applied after installation. If you're using them as floor tiles, the floor should be resealed every 6-12 months, depending on foot traffic.
- Please note that if you require extra tiles for your project after your initial order, we cannot guarantee that they will be from the same batch as your first order. Marble is a natural stone and colour and markings will vary from batch to batch.
- The Humble Hare provides tiles only. We do not provide grout, filler, upstands etc.
- Tiles can be cleaned with an antibacterial spray and soft cloth. Acidic cleaners are not recommended, as they can be harmful to the sealant. Use products that are suitable for cleaning natural stone.
- Please handle with care due to product weight.

Standard UK Mainland
We offer a standard (3-5 working days from date of dispatch) delivery service for all UK mainland deliveries. The cost for this is £6.99. All orders above £99.99 qualify for free shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout. This excludes our ironmongery range - please see below.
International Deliveries
Shipping for international deliveries is calculated at checkout. Please allow a minimum of 14-21 working days for your order to arrive.
Depending where in the world you are, your country may impose additional taxes, customs charges, or handling fees to the postage cost. The Humble Hare Ltd does not not offer refunds for rejected parcels due to customs fees.

It takes 7-14 working days to handmake your order, please take this into account when ordering gifts for a specific date. If you need your order urgently we can offer an upgraded delivery service for speedy shipping - please call our customer service team. Our products are handmade to order, and as such can take a little longer than usual to prepare for dispatch. Once dispatched, you will be notified by email and our standard UK mainland shipping service takes 3-5 days. If 14 working days have passed since your order was placed, please contact us by email or by phone.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we have great relationships with our shipping companies, and will always do our best to work with them to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We have character limits in place to ensure the product and text is displayed in its best light, unfortunately we cannot accept emojis as part of the text. However, numbers, punctuation and special characters (e.g. accents) are included.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but please note that the actual product may vary from images or descriptions on our website due to the personalisation process and variations in the colour and finish of the natural marble stone or wooden products. Each piece is handmade to order, and finishes may vary. No two pieces are the same.
3. Ordering
a. Orders: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion (e.g. we may decline to accept your order if the personalised text requested is inappropriate or offensive.)
b. Pricing: Prices for personalised products are as stated on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Discount codes are not valid on personalisation services and fees.
c. Personalisation Services: Please note that the personalisation service on our placemat and coaster sets is not included in the discounted price listed.
d. Cancellations: Your right to cancel an order under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to personalised products. Cancellations will only be accepted at our discretion.

This includes punctuation and spelling. Text will be formatted (e.g. upper and lowercase letters) as shown in the product images. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered the correct information before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, the personalisation cannot be changed or corrected.
b. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review and verify all personalisation details, including names, dates, and other information, before submitting your order. Orders are considered final at the point of order placement. The Humble Hare Ltd is not responsible for errors or omissions in personalised products that result from inaccurate information provided by you.
c. Custom Requests: We are unable to accept orders for custom layouts, fonts, or colours, please choose from the options provided.
d. Personalised Placemat Sets and Baubles: Please note that the colour and font selected is applied to all placemats or baubles in the set, it is not possible to mix fonts and colours across the order.
e. Rejected Samples: We will only dispatch A-grade quality personalised pieces, which means we may occasionally need to remake your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to resell the rejected sample.
f. Necessary Adjustments: Please note that if your personalised text contains capital letters and is near the character limit, our team reserve the right to reduce the font size, and adjust the design at our discretion and as necessary. Your personalised text may vary slightly from online imagery, but we would not see this as a fault.
g. Multiple Image Layouts: If you choose to upload more than one image for your keepsake platter, we will arrange the images as shown in the layout guide on the product page.
5. Payment
a. Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
b. Security: All payment information provided to us is secure, and we take reasonable precautions to protect your data. However, we are not liable for any unauthorised access to your payment information.

Delivery times may vary based on the complexity of personalisation and other factors, personalised orders will be processed within 14 working days. Personalisation takes a little longer to process, please ensure you factor this in when ordering. We of course will always do our best to complete your order as soon as possible.
