Some of the most meaningful things we create begin with our customers. Our Memorial Collection is one of them.
Over time, we noticed that many customers were choosing our personalised keepsake boxes for a deeply personal reason: to hold the treasured belongings of someone they had lost.
Inside these boxes were photographs, orders of service, dried flowers and handwritten letters. Some families also used them to keep their loved one’s ashes while they took time to decide where to scatter them.
The option to add their own special message made each box even more meaningful. It became a beautiful, personal place to keep the things that mattered most — little reminders of a life, a relationship and a love that continues.
A collection inspired by you
Every order and every conversation touched us. We felt truly humbled — and, on this occasion, you’ll have to forgive the pun.
Customers shared memories of the people they loved, told us what they hoped to keep safe and asked us to help them choose words for their personalisation. Being trusted with something so precious was a privilege I never took lightly.
There were many times when I finished a phone call in tears after helping a family choose a keepsake to remember a beloved family member or mark their final goodbye. Those conversations stayed with me.
They also made me realise that there was a place for a collection dedicated to remembrance: thoughtful, beautifully personalised pieces created for families navigating loss.
