Personalised Marble Platter T&Cs

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between The Humble Hare Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "the customer"). By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing personalised products, including marble platters, from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Personalised Products

a. Customisation: We offer personalised products, including but not limited to, personalised marble platters. We have character limits in place to ensure the product and text is displayed in its best light, unfortunately we cannot accept emojis as part of the text. However, numbers, punctuation and special characters (e.g. accents) are included.

b. Product Descriptions: We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but please note that the actual product may vary from images or descriptions due to the personalisation process and variations in the marble colour, veins, and divots. Each piece is handmade to order, and finishes may vary.

3. Ordering

a. Orders: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion (e.g. we may decline to accept your order if the personalised text requested is inappropriate or offensive.)

b. Pricing: Prices for personalised products are as stated on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

c. Personalisation Services: Please note that the personalisation service on our placemat and coaster sets is not included in the discounted price listed.

d. Cancellations: Your right to cancel an order under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to personalised products. Cancellations will only be accepted at our discretion.

4. Importance of Accurate Orders

a. Order Accuracy: For personalised marble platter orders and other products, it is crucial that you provide accurate and complete personalisation details during the order process. This includes upper and lowercase letters (e.g. Sarah, sarah, SARAH), punctuation, and spelling. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered the correct information before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, the personalisation cannot be changed or corrected.

b. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review and verify all personalisation details, including names, dates, and other information, before submitting your order. Orders are considered final at the point of order placement. The Humble Hare Ltd is not responsible for errors or omissions in personalised products that result from inaccurate information provided by you.

c. Custom Requests: We are unable to accept orders for custom layouts, fonts, or colours, please choose from the options provided.

d. Personalised Placemat Sets: Please note that the colour and font selected is applied to all 4 placemats, it is not possible to mix fonts and colours across the order.

e. Rejected Samples: We will only dispatch A-grade quality personalised pieces, which means we may occasionally need to remake your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to resell the rejected sample.

f. Necessary Adjustments: Please note that if your personalised text contains capital letters and is near the character limit, our team reserve the right to reduce the font size, and adjust the design at our discretion and as necessary. Your personalised text may vary slightly from online imagery, but we would not see this as a fault.

g. Multiple Image Layouts: If you choose to upload more than one image for your keepsake platter, we will arrange the images as shown in the layout guide on the product page.

5. Payment

a. Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

b. Security: All payment information provided to us is secure, and we take reasonable precautions to protect your data. However, we are not liable for any unauthorised access to your payment information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping Times: All orders are handmade to order. Delivery times may vary based on the complexity of personalisation and other factors, personalised orders will be processed within 14 working days. Personalisation takes a little longer to process, please ensure you factor this in when ordering. We of course will always do our best to complete your order as soon as possible. We reserve the right to extend the processing time on personalised orders during busier periods. We all always communicate this with you on ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

b. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are as specified during the checkout process.

c. Ordering Multiple Items: Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items will be sent in one parcel. If you require your non-personalised items to be sent separately, you will need to raise a separate order on our website.

7. Returns and Refunds

a. Damaged or Defective Products: If your personalised product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence of the damage.

b. Personalised Items: Please note that personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.

8. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All designs, images, and other content used in the personalisation process remain intellectual property of The Humble Hare ltd.

b. Customer Content: By uploading or providing content for personalisation, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.

c. Commercial Use: We may refuse to accept an order if we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic uses.

9. Privacy

a. Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services or cancel your order at our discretion.
