Useful Information

  • Please confirm the number of tiles required for your project with your tiler or builder before purchasing, as all orders are made to order and are non-returnable.
  • We recommend that you allow for 10% wastage on top of the exact square meterage when ordering. If you are using a brick bond pattern for your tiles, up to 15% may be required.
  • The Humble Hare Ltd cannot be held responsible for any shortfall or over-estimation of tiles ordered.
  • Please note that if you require extra tiles for your project after your initial order, we cannot guarantee that they will be from the same batch as your first order. Marble is a natural stone and colour and markings will vary from batch to batch.
  • The Humble Hare provides tiles only. We do not provide grout, filler, upstands etc.
  • Tiles can be cleaned with an antibacterial spray and soft cloth.
  • Please handle with care due to product weight.
