Each frame is beautifully crafted and finished with care, ready to hold a treasured photograph of your loved one. In addition to placing your chosen photo inside, you can also select from a range of beautiful designs, each of which can be personalised with a special inscription—such as a name, date, or meaningful message. Once we have finished handmaking your beautiful photo frame we will send this to you to place your photo inside, making it deeply personal and unique to your memory.

- Personalised text will be added to your wooden frame exactly as entered, including punctuation and spelling. Text will be formatted as shown in the example images. Please check that you have entered the correct text before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, the personalisation cannot be changed or corrected.
- If you are uploading a handprint, footprint or paw print, for best results please upload a high resolution scan of the original piece. If you do not have access to a scanner, please take a photo of the original piece in natural daylight on a flat surface, avoiding any shadows on the image.
- Please do not post your precious original pieces to us! We can only accept scanned or photographed prints uploaded via our website.
- We are unable to accept orders for custom layouts, fonts, or colours, please choose from the options provided.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion (e.g. We may decline to accept your order if the personalised text requested is inappropriate or offensive).
- Please note that personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.

To keep your oak photo frame looking beautiful and functioning safely, please follow these care guidelines:
- Our photo frames include glass, please handle with care.
- The wooden photo frame can be dusted with a soft cloth.
- The glass pane in the front of the photo frame can be cleaned with glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
- Our photo frames are a decorative item and are not intended to be played with by children.
- The frame has two hinges at the back. Should these become loose they could present a choking hazard.

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between The Humble Hare Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "the customer"). By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing personalised products, including wooden products, from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
2. Personalised Products
a. Customisation: We offer personalised products, including but not limited to, personalised wooden boxes, trugs, and tealight holders. We have character limits in place to ensure the product and text is displayed in its best light, unfortunately we cannot accept emojis as part of the text. However, numbers, punctuation and special characters (e.g. accents) are included.
b. Product Descriptions: We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but please note that the actual product may vary from images or descriptions due to the personalisation process and variations in the wood colour, grain, texture and knots. Wood is an organic material, and no two pieces are alike.
3. Ordering
a. Orders: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion (e.g. we may decline to accept your order if the personalised text requested is inappropriate or offensive.)
b. Pricing: Prices for personalised products are as stated on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
c. Cancellations: Your right to cancel an order under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to personalised products. Cancellations will only be accepted at our discretion.
4. Importance of Accurate Orders
a. Order Accuracy: For personalised wooden box orders and other products, it is crucial that you provide accurate and complete personalisation details during the order process. This includes upper and lowercase letters (e.g. Sarah, sarah, SARAH), punctuation, and spelling. With some products (e.g. Wooden Boxes) text will be formatted as shown in the example images. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered the correct information before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, the personalisation cannot be changed or corrected.
b. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review and verify all personalisation details, including names, dates, and other information, before submitting your order. Orders are considered final at the point of order placement. The Humble Hare Ltd is not responsible for errors or omissions in personalised products that result from inaccurate information provided by you.
c. Custom Requests: We are unable to accept orders for custom layouts, fonts, or colours, please choose from the options provided.
d. Rejected Samples: We will only dispatch A-grade quality personalised pieces, which means we may occasionally need to remake your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to resell the rejected sample.
e. Necessary Adjustments: Please note that if your personalised text contains capital letters and is near the character limit, our team reserve the right to reduce the font size, and adjust the design at our discretion and as necessary. Your personalised text may vary slightly from online imagery, but we would not see this as a fault.
5. Payment
a. Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
b. Security: All payment information provided to us is secure, and we take reasonable precautions to protect your data. However, we are not liable for any unauthorised access to your payment information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Times: All orders are handmade to order. Delivery times may vary based on the complexity of personalisation and other factors, personalised wooden product orders will be processed within 7 working days. Personalisation takes a little longer to process, please ensure you factor this in when ordering. We of course will always do our best to complete your order as soon as possible. We reserve the right to extend the processing time on personalised orders during busier periods. We all always communicate this with you on ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
b. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are as specified during the checkout process.
c. Ordering Multiple Items: Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items will be sent in one parcel. If you require your non-personalised items to be sent separately, you will need to raise a separate order on our website.
7. Returns and Refunds
a. Damaged or Defective Products: If your personalised product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence of the damage.
b. Personalised Items: Please note that personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.

b. Customer Content: By uploading or providing content for personalisation, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.
c. Commercial Use: We may refuse to accept an order if we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic uses.
