How can I return my Item? 

Faulty or Damaged items 

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our team so we can rectify the issue for you. It is never our intention for you to receive an item that is not perfect! Please contact us within 30 days of your product being delivered. 

We will require you to email picture of the faulty item to hello@thehumblehare.co.uk and our customer services team will assist further to provide a returns label where necessary. 

Unwanted Items 

We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items but can supply a return postage label for use within the UK mainland for £8.99 please contact us via the below details and we can process your payment for the returns label and send this to you via email.  Please note that all returns must arrive back to us in the original packaging and saleable condition. 

Returning from overseas?

Unfortunately, we are unable offer a free returns label and cannot refund the price of your return. If your item is faulty, please get in touch with us so we can assist you further.

What is your return address? 

Please return any unwanted items to our HQ- The Humble Hare Ltd, Howes Farm, Doddinghurst Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 0SG. 

If you are returning an unwanted item back to us this must be sent back in its original packaging to save any breakages. All items must be returned to us in a reasonable condition to issue any refunds. The cost of the return shipping is the customers responsibility however we can assist with this by processing the shipping cost over the phone and issuing the returns label for you. These labels can only be issued for UK mainland only.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

If you would like to return something you have ordered from The Humble Hare please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

To allow us to process your return, please include a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have this, please include your full name, order number and contact details.

We are only able to offer returns on Personalised items if they are faulty. 

How long will my return take to be processed?

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible, usually, this takes between 7-10 workings days. Sometimes longer during busier periods. 

Do I have to return my item before a replacement/refund is issued? 

We do require any items to be returned to us. Once receiving the return, it will be processed and a replacement or refund will be issued, dependent on stock availability. If you are returning your item for a refund this usually takes 7-10 working days. 

Can I arrange a return at one of your stockist’s stores?  

Unfortunately, if an order has been placed online then it will have to be returned to our HQ for the refund/replacement to be processed. Stockists would be unable to accept returns that aren’t purchased from themselves.

Unwanted items 

If you have changed your mind since purchasing your item, you have 30 working days from the date of purchase to return your item the return cost would be at the customer’s expense. Unwanted items must be returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition to receive a refund.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
